Cancellation Policy

At SRR Building Material Trading LLC, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed, dispatched, or delivered.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped or processed for delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.

Cancellation Request Process

To request an order cancellation, customers should contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide the order details.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund processing may take up to 45 days depending on the payment provider, bank processing times, and applicable financial institution procedures.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been shipped, delivered, customized, special ordered, or processed for dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation.
