At SRR Building Material Trading LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the following conditions.

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, invoice, or order confirmation is provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photographs and order details may be requested to process the claim.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Receive return authorization instructions.
  4. Return the product to the designated address.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product supplied by SRR Building Material Trading LLC, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Approval

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Returns are subject to approval based on compliance with this policy.

 

Relationship Between Returns and Refunds

Approved returns may qualify for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original method of payment.
